The house hunting season is now in full swing amongst Leicester University students. Here at Abode and within the Students' Union, we are keen to spread the message that there are plenty properties available in the area and students do not need to rush into signing anything because of scare mongering by local agents.

Don't feel pressurised by agents into signing for a house and being charged over the top agency fees. Here at Abode, we do not charge so called 'agency/administration fees' and we have adopted a 'no pressure' approach for students considering their accommodation options.
